Hiya. Does anyone watch The Contender? If so, can anyone tell me how long the rounds are when they are boxing? My sister says they are only 60 seconds each round but her husband says they are 3 minutes...........

Thanks Joey. I have only ever watched it once so I didn't have a clue how long the rounds last - although 'normal' boxing rounds are 3 minutes so I would have hazarded a guess at that.

they never show the full rounds. they only show edited rounds so they can make it more entertaining by adding sound effects and such. Plus if you look close enough you'll see that some of the punches are shown about 3 times but from different angles. but it's american so what's new
