Cousin up the lane rears turkeys for us. Best we've ever had. Will have to get Dave to pop into the church and light a few candles to keep the turkeys safe. Wonder is there a patron saint of turkeys?

He did, Sandy but St. Gallus is birds. I guess he'd not be happy about the freezer but ours will only be in the fridge after delivery. ;-)
