Not to take over Scarlett's thread. Agree about malt vinegar! Years ago a problem with my legs could be eased by pouring vinegar over them...I was told! After a few days MrG begged me to stop as sleeping with me was like sleeping in a bag of chips. :-)
Grey hair can sometimes be a bit dry so I guess the apple cider vinegar helps. Mind your eyes though! x

I do rather prefer cheese and onion Tayto though ...

Well that'll do your hair a lot of good, Dave. Spare room for you if you do. ;-)
Lol Gness, have just added it to my shopping list.
You're right about grey hair being a bit dry but I think it's a bonus as I don't have to wash it as often as when it was dark.
It always looked greasy.
I've also added this to my grocery list and if I think it works, I'll tell my friend about it.

Not sure if I just added my full grocery list instead of just the shampoo!

Just the shampoo, Barsel. :-)

I found the thickening shampoos made my hair a bit heavy. It was thicker but lifeless.
Even when hair is thin if you can get a bit of life and bounce into it, which I can with Redken, it looks better. Your hair may be different of course. x
