I want to create a template for taking minutes at meetings, and to be used by the various establishments in the organisation I work for.

Is it possible to prevent the headings being altered or deleted by another person and at the same time allowing flexibility in the line spacing between headings to accommodate the length of the text being typed?

Any suggestions will be gratefully received. Thanks.

If you have flexibility .... you have the oportunity to mess up

it's possible to write quite elaborate code (see the examples already in word) - but you need to be compitent with word and especially so with vis basic

there are sites offering free templates which may do the job you want - and will be alterable if you understand the code ... in that area .... google is your friend ..... and a lot of time
