Well, at last my breathing problems have forced me to apply for a Blue Badge. They have been getting steadily worse over the past 18 months. This was not something I wanted to do but the inability to walk any more than a short distance before stopping has meant I had to face up to reality. Not a moan just an acceptance of a fact.
Does anyone have any suggestions as how I can improve my breathing ability? As I'd rather this than what I have at the moment.

He appealed but the magistrates backed the warden so he had to pay a lot more.
The mag told him his mother would have been just as comfortable sat in the car in a car park as on double yellow lines and my uncle was more than capable of walking to the chemist.

If she said oh no it is not for me, the drugs are for him - - then she wd be better of in a car park.
never speak to the police (*)
this would count now as doing the shopping for the disabled person.
Just got back from covid with a friend (both deaf)- asked whether he was allergic, he said yes, as I frantically signed A_L_L_E.....
People say anything under pressure
(*) Prog on forgeries. Man said: "I am a lawyer and I say this every time. What did I do wrong? I spoke to the police and did two years. Honestly." Old Brigham Young books are big moolah in Utah, and he had been caught up with selling a fake. ( handling stolen goods, well forgeries actually)

I have asthma (sometimes worse than at others). I have also sung for many years with various choirs and I still do. Doctors tell me that this has helped my lung capacity massively. Warm-up singing includes holding notes for various lengths of time - as an example. Even if you don't want to join a choir you could sing on your own, do scales etc.. Hope this helps.
