i dont know if they have secret customers , but i went to the cannock branch on sunday and it was minging!!!

ALL of the tables were covered in food, the floor was stickey and the staff were standing behind the counter like youths with asbo's!!!

i want to be a secret kfc customer!! do you get paid for that job?

i love kfc!! but i always leave angry!!! its not just local to me either, i have eaten kfc all over the country and once in amsterdam........ they are all full of miserable b4stards!!!

Funny you should say this, we were in a KFC today and the drink machine was broken so they just had lots of filled cups, not chilled, just sitting behind the counter ready to be bought. Pretty gross I thought... Also, the woman who served us was completely incompetent had to ask four times for barbeque sauce. When we said that we didn't want the scabby warm, left out drinks she offered us gravy or coleslaw instead... bizarre.

I understand what people are saying about the �4 an hour thing, but I worked for less and still had a bit of pride in my job.

My son was desperate to try KFC about 5 months ago, so being a nice mummy I took him and his sister. Got a take out and they ate it at home. Hardly ate any of it because it was more bones than chicken !
Anyway, that night, he woke up with tummy ache (more from hunger ) so we had a chat in the wee small hours about how he must be allergic to KFC food.
Worked - and I don't think I'll ever have to set foot in the place again . Yipee for gullible 5 year olds !!

Not sure whether these stores are actually owned and run by KFC or whether they are simply franchised out. However, if they're in a really filthy state, complain to your Environmental Health Dept at your local council so that they can pay them a visit and check them out. All these catering establishments are supposed to be visited regularly by Health & Safety and I think the staff are supposed to take a Food Safety course, but I suspect not all of them do.

Would it help to call or email the KFC corporate offices - surely they would want to be made aware of such deplorable conditions!!!
