Well it is an estate agent. I've requested 26% Class shares. jus wanted to know what the difference between Class A and Class B shares.
Class A and Class B shares (and C and D etc) mean what the Articles of Association say they mean. It is often used as a preference share structure, so Class A may have 10 times the votes of Class B, or 5 times the dividend rights. It all depends on the individual company. The only thing that can be said with certainty is that you need to know what you are buying before you buy it!
