nothing has happened since then to dissuade me from " Russian Liberation can seriously affect your health"
BUT remember the Russian WALKED into Kherson without any resistance so God knows what they were doing/thinking Feb 2022. The Mayor even offered to run the city and the Liberators said " Nyet, fee want you to got Gulag" and there he remains- languishes

there was a secret allied treaty with Stalin to return liberated allied POWs and everyone said: "like yeah, really" without belief or enthusiasm. Plenty of Russian POWs ( 2m I think) to tell them what a gulag was like. - and THAT was why the cossacks were sent back to their deaths Aug 1945, because everyone was afraid Stalin wd keep the Allied personnel

Some flavour of life there now as Ukrainian forces advance on the city, Russian administrators and troops flee, looting, stealing cars, disguising themselves as civilians.

#Write about the situation in the city. Everything is kind of tense. Markets are open, shops too. All doctors were taken out of hospitals. Goods are taken out of pharmacies and ABCs. Many "government institutions" have closed. The Epicentrr (big hardware chain like Homebase) is working the last day, the queues are crazy. There are a lot of places where they stopped taking the ruble. If you have something to add, write to the admin #They will write us Doctors were not taken out. Orcs (Russians) are getting smaller. The ruble exchange rate is less than 30 kopecks, all Russian banks, social security, etc. closed. We are waiting for our #Write us Those who are evacuated are not stopped in Naked Pristan (crap translation of place name ) but taken at gunpoint to Anapa. (town in S Russia) #They will write news about the situation in Kherson, not entirely true - the ruble exchange rate is not 30 kopecks. There are still 50 and 57 kopecks. Tomorrow another person promises to accept 50 each. - The doctors were really taken out, but not all, some by force, some were allowed to stay, depending on which doctor. -Banks do not work for Saturday, they promised that they would work as usual on Monday. The pension was closed, - pharmacies - an hour ago there were queues, there are no longer queues, but they are empty. The course in stores is where, like, someone puts 1.7, someone puts 1.9 on the market, many do not take the ruble. It’s calm in the city itself, it feels like few people left, they just sat in the cafe and sit, they walk with the children. Many shops clogged the windows with sheets of plywood, but they work.
