Complain Or Report A Problem Online

I find this extremely frustrating. I do my best to explain the problem in a succinct way, use punctuation and paragraphs to make it easier to read yet nine times out of ten the reply/solution does not apply to my complaint/problem at all.
I question my ability to get my point across. Does anyone else experience this?

Thank you for your answer Hally
first to get to know it really happened and it wasnt me
she was a 20ish British Afrocaribbean on Bham station and said as an opener: "There is no need to be a white prack, you could have asked me if you could sit down". I was stunned and said after a gap - I am 71 1/2 so it took around 5 s to sink in.
What did you say ( no no not: Travis, you talking to me? Robt de Niro)
and she repeated it - wivvart looking up from her phone, tap tap tap
and no one (people standing within 2m) turned around and looked at her! - Banjo Bag and Girlie in Pink.
"I am deaf, can you sign that?" CCTV geddit?
" You not deaf I can tell!"
" Oh you're a telepath!"
Hanger on behind her, face only " what's a telepaff den?"
and we sort of continued....
and..... what was happening. The lack of response of the witnesses made me think it was the beginning of a shakedown. BJ and P were in on it.
and of course - - the CCTV would show
Data rules are "blind" (+) - and Mrs B after a long faaaaaaaaff ( two or three days of "no pink form, no CCTV"*) then said
There is nothing of you besides your conversation to an immigrant standing, do you want to proceed ? I did
* Baby Jane: if aint eaten your din-dins you will have to wait until lunchtime Blanche O but I tried , I tried
BJ but ya didnt didja !
(+) that to a half blind deaf 71 y old is good huh
it is the proper jargon tho so not inappropriate
