morning, Friday already, the end of the working week for some. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have any plans for today?

I have a GP telephone consult this morning to discuss my rather high blood pressure, then a quiet afternoon.

Today's forecast for the capital is a lowly 12c with sunny skies, makes a change from the rain.

Morning all - I've been lingering in the sack. slept in 1 hour tranches last night, a brief 'awake' to cough and clear the system' and then back under for the next hour and in between these periods, I slept better than any time during the last ten days. The coughing intensity has eased a bit and the chest isn't quite as bad as it was.

DTC, have you tried inhaling Olbas Oil? It's very good for clearing congestion.

The funny thing, naomi, is that my nose has remained largely clear - and no temperature either. I'm on Amoxicillin and that sems to be working.

Time to go and find a coffee and a DT....so have a good day all.

Naomi, I'm not overly suspicious of his Teacher and I'm not trying to make enemies with anyone. I am entitled to have an opinion about her, however.

School life has been a pleasing experience so far, thanks.

you may want to feed the results back to her and then use some open questions to ask her why she came to the opinion that she did - the conclusion being that she may not have appreciated what was going on behind scenes before he came into school that day. Take her for a coffee too so that both of you are on neutral ground.....
