My next door neighbour has a clock that is chiming 5 minutes after the hour / half hour

Shall I go and tell him to correct it or I'll let the tyres down on his shopping trolley ?

I'm in a confrontational mood today
george V had his an hour fast innit?
( first action of Edward VIII, not a Good King, was to direct the clocks to be set right. Edward VII first action was to direct that the room set aside by his mama in memory of John Broon, be emptied and the contents burned )
Ring his door bell, run, and go back 5 minutes later

Horrible. My mums neighbour had three westminster chiming clocks set at slightly different times. At noon and midnight they went on for what seemed like forever.
