It could be that the Laptop needed to be connected using settings in the Laptop menu. To do this you will need the "Network Security Key" which is the Mifi password that you entered into the Mifi when you first connected it to the 4g or 5g internet link. The password comes with the packaging and instructions with the Mifi. Switch on the laptop and ensure that the Mifi is operating within 10 meters of the lappie.
1 Press the windows key on the keyboard or click on the windows icon bottom left of screen.
2 In the pop up menu click on the cog icon("Settings)
3 Click on Networks and Internet
4 Click on Show available Networks
5 Look for the Mifi in the list( it will say Mifi.... and the identity name of your MIfi.
6 Click on the Mifi and enter the Network Security Key/ Password. AS stated previously this is the passsword that came with the Mifi packaging.

Having looked a little further I see that some Mifi units have the model and password already loaded and accessible when you first switch them on and they connect to a 4/5G network. It is on the Mifi home page and should be viewable by pressing the Mifi/Password box. This opens up to show both the Mifi model and the full alpha numeric password. I would make a note of this or you need to call it up every time you connect a new device to the Mifi. Remember most appliances will remember a wifi network after being connected just once and connect automatically if it is the only available network. That may be why the Ipad and IPhone connected but not the laptop.

It looks like you needed to click on the Wifi(3Mobile Wifi-2E3E) after you had launched the browser on the laptop. Probably Edge looking at the images. Plus you may want to ask Ed to remove the image that is giving away personal information. The First picture show where the home page of the Mifi is and will have the password there to view. Until the laptop browser is open you cannot input the password. You do need to have that first image removed.
