LCG: I'll remember that tip. I love Gorgonzola and my favourite sandwich (in any sandwich shop that's adventurous enough to have the fillings) is blue cheese with mango chutney. That cheese is usually Stilton or Danish Blue but I can see that Gorgonzola would do just as well, as would the alternative type of chutney you suggest.
