If you stop drinking alcohol your body regains all the fluid it needs so you pee out a lot of what you take in. You are only making up losses through sweating & whatever moisture you expel with breathing. my 2 cents
I was drinking a dozen cups of tea a day and peeing for England, cut it down to no more that four a day, last one no later than tea time, and also changed to decaf, and it has made a hell of a difference. I now take decaf teabags with me everywhere, because if I drink leaded tea now I climb the walls!
