Who Is Falsifying The Inflation Rate Figures?

Everything is now at least, at least, 20% dearer than it was 6 months ago. Why are these inflation figures being deflated?

Eg alcohol and tobacco, health, education, comms, council tax, council rents, electrical, all went but by around 5%

In March 2022, my energy bills increased by 56%. In october 2022, they increased by a further 25%. Some items in the supermarkets have doubled in price since that time, e.g. butter, honey, margarine. Some have increased by 50%, e.g. milk, potatoes, soft drinks. That is my experience, not figures on a spreadsheet. Inflation at 11%????!!! My armpit!!
