I think I may have had these once, quite a while ago.
Sainsburys sent me an email which, amongst other things contained a recipe for sweet potato and cauliflower nachos. The photo looked nice, and the ingredients all appeal, most of which I already have in, so I’m going to give it a whirl.
Anyone do nachos at home or always order them in a Mexican eatery?

I think they're very similar to tortilla chips so yes, I've eaten bags of Doritos with salsa dip over the years.

I think nachos is a dish usually made with tortilla chips, amongst other things. Looks like a colourful car crash on a plate with loads of stuff piled on top of the tortillas including various beans and grated cheese.
This recipe uses roasted cauliflower florets and slices of sweet potato roasted, instead of tortillas.
