Did anyone else get so exasperated by the stupid misuse of timing that the plot loses all credibility? I know it is make-believe and ranks with Tom & Jerry`s antics but I find it a total distraction. Kevin left the flat in the East End and arrived in Epping Forest at the same time as Denise who went by taxi. They both did the journey in a matter of minutes!. Dwelling on this I missed out on the following action and can only assume that (hopefully) Owen drowned Libby then drowned himself, Denise then battered Kevin to death (because she`s mad) and then jumped in herself to her death.

Anyway - yeah i agree with the timing thing and what also made me laugh/angry was the way he/they figured EXACTLY where they were in the whole entire forest just because he looked at a rock wrapped in gold foil!!!!!

anyway, as for the ending unfortunately they both survive.

Taxis keep to speed limit, obviously kevin had own car and drove like the wind :-)

and nat it said on the gold Beech brook, brooks arent that big :-) but did make me laugh how Denise found the car and them straight away, but the police, well they drove into the forest looked about and said 'nope nothing here' :-)

i sense a bit of Nikki from BB coming from you there - hope u havent been watching the sh!t programme of hers!!!! I saw a bit of it for the first time the other day - i hate the woman/girl/old lady faced thing.

i saw that Chelski girl a couple of weeks back in Brent Cross (my local shopping centre). with her mum. I think shes actually really pretty.

We said exactly the same thing when we watched it - I mean ,Kevin didnt realise for ages that Denise had sneaked out,yet he caught up with her in seconds,and yes,knew exactly where in the woods she had gone!!

Thanks everyone for confirming that it is not me getting confused in old age. These sort of ridiculous scenes mean that I am constantly trying to figure it out and then missing the current ""action"". Increasingly, in all the soaps I also find that there is no sense as to what time of day it is. It a recent EE plot involving GingerNut, they were all getting legless in pub - so we assume it is after work in evening, then for someone else it is still lunchtime.

I hardely ever watch EE - but io did catch last night's episode, and I found myself irritated by the apparent ability of a battered saloon to travel at the speed of sound.

As for them all locating the correct section of Epping Forest - I can't even find my wife in Marks & Spencers, so how the hell did they manage that!!!!

I live less than 2 minutes drive from a section of Epping Forest and go there occasionally, and even I would struggle find any ponds!
