is about the early life of the mime artist Marcel Marceau. Its centered around the beginning of WW2 and the Nazi occupation of much of Europe. Marcel joined the Resistance and managed to escort many Jewish children across to Switzerland to safety.

It's a hard watch in many ways, as the brutality of the Nazi's was there for all to see.
I wasn't so sure about the beginning, but stick with it, it's an inspirational film.

Naomi, this might be something you could watch. As i said parts are hard to watch but its worth it.

The French have a lot of baggage about Defeat ( La chute de 1940), Vichy, and rt wing influence during occupation

this is about Marcel and his friends who joined the Resistance to rescue Jewish children, its a very good and honest film.
