I have a Samsung CLP 320 printer and have recently started to have a problem with printing. I get the following message:

"No access permissions to the item. It appears that you do not have access permissions to the item. Ensure that you have the right permissions to allow the item to sync". The item I am trying to print is a sheet of blank labels. Can anyone help me with this, please?

I have a Dell Inspiron 3000 laptop and Windows 10.

Thanks for any replies.

Nothing to do with your printer. It looks as though the item you're trying print is on One Drive.

Thank you. Could you tell me how to get it off One Drive please? I didn't deliberately put it on there (don't know what One Drive is, tbh).
OneDrive is Microsoft cloud back up service. Open the document, click the three dots at the top, click save and save it to your desktop.
Open the file on your desktop and you should be able to print it
Not knowing what type of document it is or what program you are using, it's difficult for me to help, but, assuming it's a Word document, open it in word, then choose Save as. It will default to saving to One drive, so ensure that you change it to save to a folder on your computer.

Great, thanks both. Now saved to my desktop and working fine. Help is much appreciated.
