Sqad, my wife never had trouble peeing, just pain and discomfort in the bladder exacerbated by a full bladder and a need to pee a lot more than usual with a need to go 'now'.
She hasn't had the cystitis burn when peeing.
She saw her GP in June and he prescribed the Solifenican and sent her for an ultra sound scan. From there he referred her to the consultant who said the scan showed a 'fullness' in the left hand side and sent her for the CT scan. If that doesn't show the cause he will have a look inside her bladder with a camera.
