I am a chef and would like to grow my own cress - i call it funky cress. In our kitchen we order it from the netherlands - it comes in all different varieties such as purple and rock chives - i want to find seeds so i can grow my own - anyone have any ideas please???

Thanks

I wouldn't go out of my way to buy cress usually, but funky cress does add a certain appeal!

You could certainly colour it by watering it with food-dyed water.

The idea about food colouring is good - but the actual coloured varieties have all different tastes. For example, one of the red ones taste like aniseed.
