i had a addiction that i am trying to withdraw. but after 2 days i am having lightheaded ness what should i do please help me. i don want to quit my addiction

When going through cold turkey it should be done with medical supervision and even then things can go wrong - get someone to contact your local medical professional.

If you can rest up, do so. Eat well, drink lots of non-alcoholic fluids, lie down.
Move slowly, take your time standing up and don't turn around suddenly. Don't drive or climb ladders. Try travel sickness tablets if you have them, you can get them over the counter at the chemist.
