This is answered elsewhere here...but to recap it's the name of Caligula's pet horse, which he made a senator, and which was technically a consul (or so Tacitus claims).
Doesn't sound much like any of FattiSnack's posts to me.

How do people know that a new poster is just an old one who has changed name? Do you actually have a way of really knowing this, or is it just a hunch? It puzzles me why some seem to be a bit obsessed with 'outing' posters without ever substantiating their claims; what's the point anyway - it should be the quality of the post that matters, not who posted it?

hmmm... ///Who said the rewards would be instantaneous ?///
David Davis? "There will be no downside to Brexit, only a considerable upside"
///Who thought there would be a war in Europe ?///
Anyone who'd watched Putin's annexation of the Crimea?
/// Who thought there was at the same time going to be a world pandemic ?///
All the people who carried out no fewer than 11 pandemic simulation exercises between 2015 and 2019?
All the warning signs were there, people just preferred to ignore them and now they pretend they were unpredictable.

Naomi. Being 'perceptive' isn't really a good answer. I had hoped for something more basic, such as Zacs' reply, which I can understand (although still not sure why people are bothered). This sort of stuff creates an impression of an oddly introspective and closed-off little society of in-crowders, which I personally find a bit off-putting - it seems to smack of ad hominem and lack of interest in issues for their own sake.
Just saying.
