I eat Turkey all year round, it's very high in tryptophan which is a natural mood stabiliser. A nice Turkey steak,and salad bap with cranberry sauce makes a great lunch.

I can't stand turkey and not keen on chicken. To be honest I don't really like any poultry or game. So tonight it will be a nice rare steak.

Daughter made lobster thermidor...it was lush. Not a sprout in sight.
