Cake is un- iced, no marzipan just topped with nuts. My wedding cake recipe. Agree can't have icing with cheese. Might have to pick the nuts off though. I don't think they would agree with me right now

Still no good Rowan. I only like a plain old crumbly fruit cake, not a rich fruit cake. Don't like Christmas pudding either or mince pies, so I'll just have a huge chunk of cheese!
