Right. I made some Arancini balls yesterday evening and they are supposed to be the size of little oranges. Well, in true RR fashion, what started out as OK soon went a bit rogue and I made some of them more like ruddy great Jaffas. I'm now a bit uncertain as to how long they should be fried for, especially as I really don't deep fry anything, actually had to go and buy a fryer to do the job.
