Mobile Phone Booster.

The transformer that came with my EE mobile phone booster has broken diwn. The booster requires 5v at 2 amps. I have an old BT transformer that does 12 v at 1500 mA. Would this work the booster? I’m lost! Happy New Year to you all! Bramley

That's only 1 amp, bhg - it won't drive a booster.
