Oh yes, we know the Tories will have the equivalent, that's not news. We get told every day about that. I just thought that Labour were whiter than white so this is news. Anyway I'm more concerned about the donations, surely they are unearned income and this liable for tax etc.

Tax avoidance is legal - so good for her.

I struggle to understand why people think tax avoidance is bad, because everybody should do all they can to only pay the legally required amount they are liable for.

Having an ISA is a tax avoidance scheme.
