Bosch Washing Machine Problem

I have a Bosch Vario Perfect washing machine just over two years old. The spin doesn’t seem to be working properly, the washing is still soaking wet although machine not full of water. I had a load with sheets and a bath mat in, took the wet sheets out as I thought it might be overloaded, left the mat in and used rinse and spin cycle. It was still soaking wet so we cleared the filter at the front, did another spin cycle, and still soaking wet. Help!!

Stock answer to washing machine problems - have you tried cleaning the filter? If it's blocked it could be preventing the water leaving the machine.

Have you tried one sheet. Is the machine off balance? Try moving it and put it back in place

Cleared the filter, hosepipe at back slightly bent ... fixed now ... thanks all!

It's just amazing how much trouble a blocked filter can cause. Thanks for getting back to us.
