You'll get approximately 70ml of juice from a carrot but of course it depends on the size of the carrot. I'd highly recommend that you buy a juicer. I wouldn't be without my daily juice since i first bought a juicer 3 years ago. Breville definitely do the best juicers. They are expensive but worth it if you're serious about juicing. And of course you'll be able to juice much more than just carrots! Carrot, apple and beetroot is a fantastic cleansing juice and delisious if you keep it about 50% apple. As for the pulp, I've done some research and I'm afraid theres not much you can do with the pulp. soup is a option. many people think that its a waste, the pulp. However, much of this waste is what your body will end up getting rid of anyway. Because the juicer extracts al the waste for you your body has less work to do in breaking down the carrot and therefore you free up energy and also get a direct hit of nutrients. Obviously you still need some fibre to flush your system out.
