if i get a job paying me 3360 per year do i have to declare this to hrmc as this cash in hand but regular. The online tax calculators say that i wont be paying tax or NI. so if i dont pay tax do i have have to declare.

In which case it is fine but lutkie needs to inform HMRC that he or she is self employed and do a tax return (there will be no tax to pay of course).

I'd register as self-employed, then take the advice from HMRC as to tax/NI etc, as follows
