Easy money online???

Can anyone recommend a good website for getting paid for recieving emails, visiting websites etc. I've been part of mypoints and slowley reaching the st payment level - I was also part of Nitroclicks.com but the recently changed and it will take me ages to get to there $500 level. What about the pay-per-surf companies? They only pay about 0.1p per minute online i think, but could you cheat and design a macro to move your mouse every 5 mins to keep you earning? Many Thanks.
