I've been planning to start a fitness regime for some time now. What's the best way to chart it out and keep track of what I've done?

I haven't used it or seen it. You could make your own using a spreadsheet or database, or if you have something like Works there is a template there

You can try TabUp.com as your organizer. Keeping an online chart is a good method. You can save your chart and get back to it whenever needed. You could probably check it out and see if it works well for you.
