losing weight for an apple shape

hi, im what is known as an apple shaped body, recently i have been on a diet and exercising at the gym, the problem i have is my legs and bottom are quite slim anyway i carry the weight round my tum and middle and although i have lost weight i still keep losing more from my legs and bottom where i dont need to lose it, any suggestions on exercise i can do to stop me losing more weight from my bottom half and lose it a bit quicker from my top half. hope this makes sense to you guys, thanks in advance

I have very large (natural) breasts and a flabby tum but then I have no ar5e and skinny legs. Desperately need to lose weight off tum any breasts but not sure what is the best exercise to do to encourage this....
