After following the instruction book, so when you weigh yourself it shows your body weight, muscle mass and body water percentage. After I have weighed myself it only comes up with my body weight and not the rest. What am I doing wrong?

i really dont trust those gadgets at all, i'm a bodybuilder, follow a healthy low fat diet and when i tried my mates scales it said i was 31% body fat, which was exactly the same reading he had and hes a great big fat bap
