I was told I'd get a phone call regarding a warehouse position Monday evening and never got one and yesterday I txt him saying I never got a call and when my availability is for his colleuge to call me. Do I call/txt again? Only because I really want it

Gave all my details aswell and said he was getting me registered so she clued up to what job I was going for.

Abbey/ Maybe I'm old-fashioned but all this business of sending texts and waiting for phone calls re a job you have applied for .seems a bit ridiculous. Surely, if you had been successful, you would have received a letter confirming this? I do hope you find a job which suits you.

It was a scam I called them and they said they said there's no position going and there's people asking for same question and person who messaged don't work there

You don't seem to be having too much luck with finding another job. I hope that luck changes soon.

Do you still work at McDonald's? I always thought I'd hate to work at McDonald's because I'd spend most of my wages buying food from my workplace. Everyone I've spoken to that works at McDonald's say that genuinely isn't the case, and that they very rarely eat there. Some don't even take advantage of the food allowance they get whilst at work.

Oh gawd, I thought this was a recent question, my bad. I've got that many tabs open, I didn't realise it was date back in October 2022. Ooops.
