Has the programme developed further and is South Africa now the best place in the World to have such procedures carried out, or is the availability of replacement organs and the facility to make use of them somewhat diminished If so, why so, and would the black people on our waiting lists be better served by having their treatment there?
The real wickedness is from Japan - their culture pretty much precludes donation of organs (either before or after death), so they just wave money at impoverished, live donors in third world countries.
