An Ordinary Day
9 Answers
His cough is subsiding, and he tells me that he’s felt almost back to normal today, first time since 1st January.
Sooo, today we took dog for a little walk, toddled off to Sainsbury’s for the click and collect before which we went into the shop and bought a few things, including a couple of ribeye steaks for his upcoming birthday. And a couple of bits of clothing for me.
Fish finger barms have been thoroughly enjoyed, and a cake from the delivery from patisserie Valerie which one of our girls sent for his birthday.
Such a relief to have an ordinary day.

It was bliss to have an ordinary day and I will never forget that friend. :-)
