Paint roller systems

Has anybody had any experience using these paint rolling systems, the ones in which the paint goes inside and you paint the walls without any splashing, so no need for any dust sheets. Thanks in advance.

I have one of these and find it excellent, cannot say enough about it. The only drawback is that you require to be doing either a lot of area or several rooms, as it is not worth the labour involved cleaning it after use for a small area.
Would also suggest you buy one of these roller spin cleaners that they had on CVC the other week.

personally I found the ones where the paint went into the brush - heavy... The best one had paint that was sucked up into a long handle
