a few weeks ago i was arrested at work! supposedely seen on cctv stealing 6 cameras! my job is to process orders via an internet site pick them and package for delivery...so the cctv i watch..me doing my job!
answer all questions in police station as all the footage is me doing my job..they then say these cameras wasnt on the list for today..well i had a label so sent them..etc etc..get bail..
since then ive had discliplinary hearing at work and they show me evidence!
cctc..picking sheets and a label..they are saying that this label asnt produced via the delivery system but it was manually done..yes you can manually do them but i wouldnt..i work with 4 others but none of them been called in as i was on cctv picking them! there not interested that mayb someone else done the label just targeting me..they have the label with name add etcc tey have done research and coincidentally the person lives 10 doors up from me! i dont know him..he has ordered off there before so they told me..also they have looked into his ebay and seen that he sells electrical equipment online and items same as what went missing he has previously sold! this is just massive coincidence and i havent done anything wrong just been doing my job i send what iam told to...iam worried about answering bail as they have given the police now the picking sheets and deliveries for that day and r saying the camera shouldnt of gone but i can be seen packaging them up on cctv! police at the end of my interview said they think it will be a nfa ..hats other peoples views on what police will do??

No, I don't know the person they are referring to.. Yes exactly what I said about eBay, hundreds of people but n sell on there to make money! They are trying to say that how is it such a coincidence that this person orders from where I work then cameras go missing and then they have previously sold some on eBay around the same time! It is actually just a coincidence as I no for a fact I never intentionally sent them cameras to someone that hasn't paid for them.

Yes your exactly right! They can't say who produced it or where it's gone! So they are just pointing the finger at me as it's my job to pick that's stock! I have got cab helping me with my discliplinary process and I have a solicitor for the police side of it, answer bail week after next so Iam hopeing and paring that it's an nfa and the police realise that all the so called evidence just doesn't add up

well received my awaited letter from employer!! dismissed for gross misconduct! will this effect the polices decison when i go to answer bail next week?? iam going to appeal the employers decision..

no..they sacked me over allegations made to me and supposidely evidence they have! i have seen the evidence and its worthless as its my job! all what can be seen in cctv footage is just me doing my job

also in my police interview they give me a name of a man who they were accusing me of sending stuff to! and also in my discliplinary hearings they have mentioned him to me..i was told by my ex employer that the person in question lived like 10 doors away from my house! i didnt know him..few days back i thought im going to see if i can find out who it was...someone i know by face who lives near me told me who it was etc.... i asked someone to go and see him as i didnt want to myself..and i wanted to know if police or anyone had spoke to him regarding these accusations and they havent but my employer gave the police the name and address of him over 3 weeks ago! is that weird the police havent contaced him ? or is it because no evidence?

due to anwer bail tomorroww!!..call from solicitor..been extended for another 3 weeks due to further enquiries ? is this a good thing or bad!? i keep thinking its becasue there is no evidence which there isnt anyway!

Intresting case ....although am puzzle'd asto why your din't mention a solicitor....if your still around it would be good to know what were done about this case.,... was you charged?
