I can teach them the rest dead easy, it ain't rocket science...' I spoke to a neighbour who's on Customer Service at Tesco, and she says that's pretty much Tesco's position these days. You sound like a nice person and I reckon it will come across in an interview, so do it, you can't lose, and good luck.
