Knighthoods and Gongs have been offered to the awkward Squad of MPs who still support Johnson.
They see Sunak as not making any Progress in Smashing Labour's lead in the run up to the May elections.
Bad results for the CONS in May will almost certainly point to an overwhelming destruction of the Tories at the GE.
These claims are a concern for Sunaks allies fear of a challenge from the Boris wing of the Party when the May 4 election results will be as bad as they fear........

I doubt handing out "honours" will influence many driven by belief. Although even Boris would have difficulty changing the existing state of the party. Maybe they can form a coalition government with Reform if things work out, as any other alternative government doesn't seem worth thinking about.
