Most Embarrassing/Awkward Place That Your Mobile Has Rang Or Gone Off…..

I was listening to this on Heart radio and they asked listeners to ring in with their answers - some were hilarious.
But the last one I heard was a woman who called in and said it was the day of her dads cremation and a distant relative & her husband were coming but didn’t know the area at all, so she put the address into the sat nav app on her mobile phone. Anyway she put the closest road she knew, and when almost there she spotted the crematorium.
They get out of car and make their way inside - it was packed, and very quiet, but they found seats at the back. The chaplain came out to address them all, & just as they sat down the phone said YOU HAVE ARRIVED AT YOUR DESTINATION.
Mortified, the poor frantically tried to turn the volume and phone off, whilst most people there quietly smiled and tried to keep a straight face…..

I did too Barsel, even the daughter on the radio live said she was in a really upset state, but when that happened she just thought “ Dad would have found that really funny”… and it lightened her mood.

Not mine, Smow but…….if you are in the quiet carriage and the man behind you answers his loud phone and starts telling his wife he’s on the train, what time he will be home and so on you lean over his shoulder and say…"oh come on darling. Put your phone down and get back into bed” very loudly. ;-).

Gness, what a wicked sense of humour you have. One of my mad daughters did something similar once in a pub. Just for the laugh. Started making comments loudly while someone was on the phone, hinting they were together having a good time. He was not amused.

Oh I’d like your daughter, MrsLB! In the UK I had a group of seven friends…the moaning Minnies. They would say….for god’s sake keep an eye on Gness before she gets us into bother again. :-)

Many years ago one, or maybe more, of my children changed my ring tone to a loud and embarrassing fart noise.
Being technically inept it took me a while to rectify the problem.
So, many embarrassing moments.
