Has anybody please got any simple recipes for tuna ? I have found I have a load in the cupboard and would like to use it.

Tuna Salad

Chopped Onion
Chopped Dill Pickle
Garlic Optional
Mayo and Olive Oil

Keep in a sealed container overnight. The next day make it into a wrap or a sandwich or on top of a green salad.

Tuna Noodle Casserole

Cook Egg Noodles - drain most of the water.
Stir in Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
Stir in Tuna
It is ready to eat - however if you want to you can put it in a casserole dish - add crushed, buttered crackers and/or cheese and pop it in the oven until the top is done.

I love tuna mixed with salad cream instead of mayo for sandwiches, toasts or baked spuds.

Tuna pasta salad- red onion, or spring onion, red pepper salad cream again and cooked pasta stirred in. Leave in the fridge for a bit. Absolutely divine with garlic bread

Mix tuna with some mash potato, and bake
