Morning Birdies. An early start today for me. The sunshine has deserted us after a, Mediterranean like, week of warm sunshine and blue skies. Bit of shopping and out for lunch later. Hope you are all good.

I was late getting up after 3 bad nights sleep, I felt good yesterday but today I’m back in bed again :0(

not long in from sorting and delivering shopping .. phew ! sorry to hear you are not feeling so great yet Bobbi xx

Stayed in bed all day apart from having a shower ( body wash) and a change of nightdress x

a wee freshen up and plumping of the pillows will make you feel a bit more comfortable..plenty of fluids and rest and hopefully you will be back on form shortly..take good care xx

This Covid still seems to be going around.
I was talking to someone on here a day or so ago who was poorly with it. I cant remember their name but i think it had knocked them about.

good evening peonyrose...what a lovely name ! lol.. Covid is 'orrible, I have had it thrice ! first very early on , March 2019 which was really very bad and has left me with Long Covid symptoms 3 years on... subsequent attacks were not so bad post jabs.. not something you want to catch ! stay safe !!

I’m going to ask Mr B to change the bed tomorrow as well , I have the window open so enjoying a cool breeze hitting my face

aww nice that Mr B can take good care of you.. might he peel a grape or two for you ? lol x

Might be hard as I froze them as my lips and tongue get very dry through the night because of not being able to breathe through a blocked nose

what a good idea ! nice fizzy prosecco in ice cube tray might also be good ??

Oh no 3 years thats awful can you get any treatment for it?
I don't know any one who personally whohas had it really bad.
Thansks peonies are my favourite flower and I had a wonderful friend called Rose who died 6 years ago.

have been for x rays ecg etc.. need to get lung function tests and hopefully further referral to specialised clinic..if there is one locally..but, by and large, just have to live with the restrictions it imposes, but at least I am still breathing..if not so well at times !
