The listings guides seem to only have it as only being available on TLC, which is a subscription channel on Sky and Virgin Media.

Quest Red, on Freview channel 40, is now showing 1000-lb Best Friends instead, at 10pm on Tuesdays.

Quest Red is owned by the same company (Warner Bros Dscovery) that owns TLC and seems to operate 'teaser' programming, whereby viewers get to watch some programmes from a series on Freeview but then have to switch to the company's subscription channels in order to watch further programmes.
