We have a lot of these floors throughout the house , I currently use a steam mop thingy, but this is becoming very laborious. I wonder if these VAX carpet cleaner could be used , the ones that slurp it all up as you do the backstroke?
TIA
I've got one of those and I must admit it is very good, especially when you move it backwards and it sucks the moisture back out. As you say you have a lot of rooms to do then it will probably suit you better than it does me. My flat is small and quite honestly by the time I've got it out of the cupboard and set it up (and remembered how to do that) I could have done it a quicker way.
It cleans really well leaves it nearly dry so if I were you I'd get one;-))
When we bought our Vax carpet cleaner it came with a free steam cleaner. We use the carpet cleaner on the carpets and the steam cleaner on the laminates - we wouldn't do it any other way.
Thank for responses,
Yes too much water would be a bad thing but I thought that if the machine slurped it off again that would maybe be ok. However, perhaps not. Also it seems rotating brushes are also bad.
Might go for the one in the link , thanks again
