Might see it on The Repair Shop later in the year.

I saw JayZee perform with the massive balloon dog, it was amazing.
There was just the artwork, a guy at the back dressed in black operating a laptop, and Jayzee, also all in black, stage front.
He rapped without pause for well over an hour, it was utterly mesmerising.
But to return to the story - why on earth would anyone 'tap' a clearly fragile piece of art, much less 'tap' it hard enough to knock it over?
Maybe she wanted to hear the 'ting' that hollow glass gives out, and instead got a horrendous 'smash'.
Stupidity is everywhere.

Corby - // Why was it not kept in a glass box? //
Probably for two reasons -
Hiding anything behind glass automatically reduces its impact as a piece of visual art
It's reasonable to assume that adults who frequent art galleries are mature and sensible enough not to touch fragile exhibits, and especially not to 'tap' them hard enough to make them fall off their stand and shatter.
Sadly, assumptions of proper behaviour can go awry, as happened here.
