Today's ITV7 comes from Kempton (4 races - 1st leg 1.50), Lingfield, Chepstow and Newcastle. There are one or two decent handicap races in there to get my teeth into, including a gruelling 4 miler (4m 1.5f). I'll have to look elsewhere for a couple of selections if i'm to do my usual bet.

Well done with the nags, Togo. I did absolutely JS with them. More luck with the football, though. Sky had grouped Arsenal, Leeds and Burnley together and boosted the odds of all 3 winning to 11/2 and so i had £32.50 return for my fiver. I also had BTTS & Reading @ 15/4 - Reading cruising at 3-0 up when Blackpool netted in the 94th min for £23.75:-)
And, when Sheff Utd took the lead in the 73rd minute, i was just about to cash in on my 'either half' bet for £37. United's goal made WH offer me £63, so i cashed out. As it turned out, only 2 of my 132 selections, Burton and Wycombe, failed to win either half. Closest i've been for some time.
