All Restrictions Will Be Lifted At Midnight
All domestic restrictions will be lifted at midnight. Border restrictions will remain although as of 1st July PCR tests will no longer be required for those arriving with a certificate either for double vaccination (single in the case of Janssen) or else for having had Covid 19 - children (15 or younger) are all exempt from restrictions/tests. The above applies to all nationals. Separate rules apply to those who do not have the certificates mentioned.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.bednobs, My understanding of the public statements is that what will happen on 19.7.21 is a reduction in restrictions, not a complete lifting across the spectrum including social distancing, face masks, etc. Maybe this is a case of the familiar lack of clarity causing confusion. In any case, all I was doing was to invite guesses as to when literally all restrictions will disappear.
